Highly recommend Lauren to organise your holiday! we have just returned from an all rail trip to France which was very complicated including attending the wedding of our daughter in la Roche posay then on to sarlat to visit the cave paintings and medieval town. during this time we were notified of our home having a flood. we thought to cut short our holiday and go home. in an instant Lauren had found all the train connections home in the best time. what a star. in the end we decided not to go home but finish our holiday as there would be nothing we could do at home but Lauren's instant and can do reaction. her attention to detail was above and beyond. thank you so much we had a fantastic time

I found Lauren on a hotels FB group as i was looking for someone to help me, she was currently staying at the hotel in question so it was a perfect opportunity to get some insight into the hotel we wanted to visit! She was professional from the very beginning, sending me details everyday of the food, drinks and general look of the hotel! I just knew we had to go! She managed to get us very good rates direct with the hotel (we did flights ourselves with BA as we had rewards points) The booking was seamless and included a free private transfer! She was available right up until our stay and during which was extremely helpful! I was copied into Correspondence between Lauren and the hotel direct and we even managed to get free room upgrades! 🙂 We loved the hotel so much we have booked again for 2027 again with Lauren!
