Hi, I’m Lauren — and I’m not your typical travel agent. Before I recommend a resort to your family, I’ve already been there or I’ve properly scouted it out. Before I suggest a restaurant for little ones, I’ve checked what’s actually on the children’s menu. And before I call a hotel “family-friendly”, I’m looking at the real details — splash areas, room layout, bottle warming, buggy-friendly routes.
Because I am my traveller.
I specialise in luxury family escapes (including Turkey, Portugal, Greece and the USA), plus magical trips to Lapland and Disney. Everything I suggest comes with confidence, care, and an obsessive eye for the small things that make a big difference once you’re there.

During: I’m available while you’re away. Quick recommendation? Room request? I’m a message away on WhatsApp.

How do we get started?
It starts with a conversation. You can send an enquiry, tell me a rough idea, or even say “we don’t know where yet.” I’ll ask the right questions and take it from there.
Do you charge a planning fee?
In most cases, no. My service is typically covered within the booking itself. If a more complex or time-intensive piece of planning requires a fee, I’ll always be upfront before we go any further.
Can you help with adults-only trips or special occasions?
Absolutely. While family travel is a big part of what I do, I also plan grown-up escapes, honeymoons, weddings abroad and milestone trips. The process is the same — tailored, considered and personal.
How are my payments protected?
Your booking is protected through ATOL and PTS, and I’m an IATA-accredited agent working within the JLT Group. That means you get full peace of mind, from payment through to travel.
Will you be available while we’re away?
Yes. I’m contactable while you travel — often via WhatsApp — so if something needs adjusting or you just need a quick recommendation, I’m there.
Can you work to a budget?
Always. A budget isn’t a limitation — it’s part of the brief. I’ll help you get the best possible experience within what feels comfortable for you.
